Do I need to book in advance?
It’s not essential to book in advance but it is useful for me to know how many people to expect, so send me a text or email if you can.
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
You will need to be able to move around slowly, and it helps to be reasonably fit. Tai Chi is popular with people who have not exercised before.
wHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR TAI CHI?
You can wear anything as long as its loose fitting and your footwear is comfortable…no high heels!
IS TAI CHI SUITABLE FOR ANY Age?
As long as you are reasonably mobile its ideal for any age, whether you’re 9 or 90!
IS TAI CHI HARD?
No, it’s easy to follow the instructions and I will take it extra slowly for beginners.
HOW WILL TAI CHI HELP ME?
Tai Chi is particularly good for calming the mind and relaxing the body.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness is an ancient discipline to focus the mind and be present in the moment in time.
ARE TAI CHI CLASSES OUTSIDE?
If the weather is good we do have classes outside
IS THERE A TAI CHI CLASS NEAR ME?
I run Tai Chi classes in Welshpool, Churchstoke, Oswestry and the surounding areas.
